If the Dolphins were 14-0 and had a chance to rest their starters, who would you put at quarterback? What about the other positions? Just curious....

Henne doesn't have enough experience to sit and rest ... but for some reason if he did, it would be for Thigpen to play and show some value.

Starters would not rest unless they had an injury or were knicked up ... since at 14-0, the team would have a bye in 3 weeks anyway.

Not a fan of resting players .... if you rest someone, someone else could get hurt because: you bring different matchups into the equation, so players not used to playing next to each other could cause problems and players that play as backups could get hurt due to extra playing time - which in both cases could hurt your depth. so, i would be very frugal with rest. now, would i try to give players like JT/JP some added plays off - sure ....

I think I'd play Henne in the first half to get a feel for the game. I'd have to think strongly about putting in Thigpen for the second half.

Undefeated is great - but the Super Bowl is still the ultimate prize.

    Just ask the Patriots.

After home field advantage is clinched, the rest of the regular season becomes a preseason for the post season. Therefore, treat the games like preseason games.

i have to agree with most people about our team in that henne needs all the experience he can get right now. if i were indy im sitting peyton as i don't see a snowball chance they make it out of the first playoff game with scorgi(sp) and the same goes for n.o. heck i dont even remember who the saints back up is.

I personally would play my starters. I would keep everyone hot going into the playoffs and beyond.
