There are conflicting reports of how he got cut in Oakland: Al Davis didn't want him and cut him over Lane Kiffin's objections, a clerical error, Lane Kiffin didn't like him... there are a bunch of stories. As for Arizona, no idea. Maybe they just couldn't justify having him.
