OK...I posted my original version and have since been proven both wrong and overly optimistic. I am thrilled though to see us grab one of my Top Four with our #1 selection. I think our coaches will do a great job with Jake Long. I am still feeling very optimistic about our draft prospects in the next 2-3 rounds....so here goes my new and improved draft list. This is again not based on what I think will absolutely be there at each pick, those kinda drafts suck. I'm looking at all the angles on possible slides and trades. That said...he it goes base on Jake Long already being our first selection. I'd like to see the Taylor trade get us OLB Q. Groves but I think a high second may be the best we can do there. But if we could get OLB Groves by moving Taylor and draft MLB Dan Conner at 32 it sure would take away the sting of losing JT and Zach. Feelthepain's Jake Long work! Way too early for Cottam. This guy is a fourth rounder. At least I am thinking so. Who knows...I just see Dustin Keller, Martellus Bennett going ahead of him for sure.... I like Cottam...I liked him at UT and I think he can play. But I'd rather have Keller.
That would be great if we could get him that late. My favorite TE is Bennett, but thought we'd miss him there.
