Rex Ryan is a much better coach than fist pumper. One of the reasons I hate Bill Parcells is because he sent this guy away to hire his buddy instead.
A strategy I think Bellichick is pretty familiar with. As much as I hate the Jets it won't exactly hurt my feelings to see this epic Pats choke.
Well, your view, to me the Jets are a Veteran team that was not afraid of *gasp* trading draft choices for young veteran players. Cromartie, Holmes, Edwards.. After this season they will have a slew of players to sign and more than likely will be unable to sign them all.
ST coming through for the Jets, down to the 22 yd line on an onside kick, in FG range, tick toc patsies
I hate both teams, but the Jets make all the boring crap mid-week more fun, and seeing Brady pout is always one of my favorite pastimes. I'm not terribly upset by this outcome.
Well look at it this way, we played the Jets really tough the last two seasons, they handled the Pats, so how far away are we?
And the Pats handled us TWICE. Recordwise we're about four games away. From a coaching standpoint we're miles away.
Chung is the goat today. The mistake on the 4th down, and then just now he watched the ball bounce into the hands of the Jets player.
Officially the worst year ever. If I had to pick a team that I hope wins it I hope its the Bears. **** the Pack, Steelers, and Jets.
We match up well. Because we have a team almost as talented as they do. We can't win as many games over the course of a season because we have inferior coaching.
We didn't even make the playoffs, we were eliminated like 3 weeks before it started. We're miles away. I heard the same argument last year "We should of beat the Saints so we're close".
surprising... hand it to the Jets though, they essentially kicked their ***. I'm rooting for the Packers and A-rod...
Any given Sunday. And it looks like the Patriots luster has worn off. They haven't won a playoff game since the 2007 season. Think it has something to do with them having such a young team. It's one thing for a young team to win in the regular season, it's different in the playoffs. But, they won't go away. The young talent will probably get better. This is the Jets season to try for a SB, they have the more veteran team. I'd probably rather see them fail in the AFC Championship game or SB than the Pats, because the Pats are going to be around for 5-10+ years. You don't know who will be coming and going with the Jets, who were built to win in 2010 specifically.
Our team is built to keep games close....that might get you 8-8 maybe even 11-5 on an odd year, but their will be NOTHING significant won with that line of thinking.
Well, of course there is whining and moaning, that normally is worth a 1,500 yd wr isn't it? It stuns me a bit that Dolphins fans somehow, through magic no doubt, think that throwing a temper tantrum means the team will play better, the NFL doesn't work like that, and yet.
Well BicketyBam, u stayed Humble, but I think your full of **** And u could beat the Steelers next week
Rex Ryan goes back to the championship game in his 2nd season. He will be with the Jets for sometime, Oh Well for the Dolphins we are still seeking coaches and identity.
The Jets beat two of the top QB's in the league on the road. It's been 11 years since Miami has won a road playoff game and that was against Jon Kitna.
The Ravens fans here will really be on suicide watch now. If they wouldn't have choked yesterday they'd have the AFC Championship at home with the Jets victory. Man it sucks to be them.
