Worked like a charm. I called and said I wanted to cancel ,he said "what if we throw in the NFL to-go feature for nothing, and what if we knock an additional 20 dollars off per month". I told him fine, I`ll keep it. So,instead of paying $300 for the sunday ticket package I`m paying $180. Also, I`m saving an additional $50 on the to-go feature that he threw in for nothing. .. (the to-go feature allows you to watch NFL games on your computer or your cell phone,which I really dont need, but since he threw it in I`ll take it).
They're charging for the mobile viewing now? Jeez talk about a nickel and dime affair. I'm going to wait and see if they try to autorenew my NFL ticket. That way my GF will have a legitimate beef when she calls. She's calling no matter what, but this way, it's legitimate.
If you had it last year, it will auto renew. Surprised you got to-go for free. The rep I had wouldn't give it for free. I just canceled the to-go feature.
Last year I threatened to cancel and got Sunday Ticket for free along with 6 months DVR service! It was at the end of my contract... Hope I can get at least a big discount again...
