Unless I missed it, I haven't seen much talk about Jamar Taylor's first start. That TFL was sweet. http://www.miamidolphins.com/news/a...er-Notes/47d5b049-5759-448e-b71b-a20b7805374b
that tackle he made in the running game was the first play he made as a member of the miami dolphins, i was critical of him the whole week up to this game, i thought he would be the liability in this game, but he wasn´t so props to him, if Finnegan really has a high ankle sprain, he will start again next week, this time it will be against sanders, thomas, welker....anxious to see him play against that level of competition
He was good, The drop off is rather great for the Bills after Watkins though. Hope Finnegan can make it back for Denver though. They have 4 or 5 ways to beat you through the air.
He looks like he's growing up at this point, but it is just one game. He's improving weekly though...No penalties on him last night and that was a first for me to see.
was high on him coming out, have tried to be patient, built him up during the offseason, said will davis will not beat him out, once we signed finnegan I was ok with him being a backup, kid has a lot of physical talent, size..speed..strength, has the potential to be a great blitzer, and will eventually be the best tackler on the team..when he was coming out of college his tackling and his confidence in his senior year was superb, I mean really good..Kid centers his opponent with some uncanny instinct.. good to see he led the team in tackles..im probably getting to excited here, need to see a couple more flashes before we get all crazy like. I want the corner instincts to match the physical talent..
I was very happy with his play and gave him props in a different thread on here. I kept thinking and mentioned to my son as well that I think that Jamar would and will do much better learning the rest of what he needs to know on game day! I think the more he plays the better he will get.
