DeSean Jackson is penciled in as the Eagles' punt returner and "could have some plays designed for him" at wideout, according to the team's website.
Jackson has little chance to start over Kevin Curtis or Reggie Brown, but could be an option outside when Curtis moves to the slot in three-WR sets. He'll compete for No. 3 duties with Jason Avant, Hank Baskett, and Greg Lewis. We wouldn't expect much from him in fantasy leagues as a rookie.
