Well, shoot, I like Jimmy Wilson, the thing is VD plays the more complex CB position as compared to the wide side. I think Wilson is a good matchup with the Giants Wr, but a rook is a rook is a rook.
Can't be worse than what we've had starting in VD's place... We're going to get murdered anyway, so might as well let the young guys play in NY.
I look forward to Jimmy Wilson's career because for some reason I think he is going to be special. This kid has had a rough life and has worked for everything he has received. I really believe he may be the steal of the draft and will put all of his heart and energy into his game no matter whether the Dolphins win or lose. This is one that doesn't need to be motivated, his motivation is in his heart and mind set. I could be wrong but I just have that feeling. We really need a good news story and I hope he is one of them.
Might not be such a bad thing at this point. As I recall last week we didn't hear VD's name called until he was giving a futile chase after being burned down the field.
I don't think we get killed. Not because we're any good, but because the Giants seem to play down to the level of every bad opponent.

I suspect that Vontae hanging out with Vernon during the lockout has had a bad effect on his play this yr. I'm somewhat surprised that Will Allen did not get the nod though.

Once again, Nabo beats me to the punch. And, again he says it more eloquently than I ever could. But, I'll just offer my two cents since no one asked for it. No FY, they will target Smith because he sucks. There, I feel much better now.
