"Blessed with rare hands and ball skills, Rogers caught over 94% of the passes thrown his way in the games I evaluated in 2011. He consistently showed the ability to adjust to make tough catches on off-target throws and was able to make catches along the sideline with a defender on his back and he still got his feet down in bounds (Although in college he only needed to get one foot down).

While Rogers no doubt is a good athlete, he is much more of a smooth and fluid one than a quick twitch one. In the games evaluated he did not show the elite burst of acceleration to close cushion on the cornerback and did not show the playing speed to get separation deep down the field."

Good analysis imo, but I think that he's a little faster than the writer does. He's smooth, but he has wheels- similar skill set and speed to Mike Williams from Tampa Bay imo. My over/under for his combine 40 is 4.52- and this guy with his size, hands and physicality is a gamer. Still my favorite WR in this draft class to watch play, if his head is on right I think that he'll prove to be quite an asset for some NFL team. Every year it seems that WRs who run a 4.4 or so are drafted and blow out, go nowhere. This is a real football player imo, not the fastest guy but fast enough to get the job done well.

Don't like what's between his ears and in his heart.

A shame, because the talent is there.

I wouldn't have him on my board unless he fell ridiculously low... And even then.

I'm inclined to believe that he and Marquess Wilson are good risks. I still think that Rogers might be the best receiver in the draft and he handled himself well at Tennessee Tech last year. Wilson had problems with Mike leach, but who didn't? I'm very curious to see how Rogers runs at the combine and I could see him paired up with Tavon Austin, Markus Wheaton or Marquise Goodwin for some instant firepower. If Rogers does indeed have deep speed and helps to prove it by running a good 40 at the combine- he's the best and most complete WR in the draft imo. Look at the cut and run to the endzone at :40

This is who he reminds me of, Mike Williams. Not a true burner bust fast enough, a great athlete with size, hands and physical- Rogers is more physical imo, maybe better hands, Williams is an elite athlete as both his football and basketball ability attest to- I really can;t say if Rogers is that outstanding an athlete with a ridiculous vertical, I don't know. Patterson is faster, but I would feel a lot better about him if on the tape I've watched he looked as smooth and complete as Rogers. Off field problems aside, my favorite receiver in the draft.

I'd take Wilson in the 5th before I take Rogers in the 4th.

I wouldnt take either player. Both are weak minded people and you can not build a championship team with those type of people

weak-minded? Do we know this for a fact? Plenty of 20 year old kids mess up and do stupid s**t who aren't necessarily bad apples.

Yeah to be honest that comes off as not only judgmental but a tad arrogant. Nobody on this board knows the story behind their situations.
