Love the customization options. Nothing like getting shot at, putting a move on the guy, going invisible, and then owning the guy.
I've been playing this game off and on for the last few weeks... I like it although I'm not very far. The AI on the human opposition is not so great... but the graphics and options are sweet.
Specifically, it adds DirectX 11. The retail version used DirectX 9 like the 360 version. (Complaints about the PC version being a port from the consoles were true!) Larger changelog: You have to install add-on packs to enable things like higher resolution textures, further proving that this game is a console port. Well, at least it'll crush benchmarks again. In other news, Nvidia is showing off two new notebook GPUs in SLI running the patched Crysis 2 at 30 FPS. They're going to announce the GPUs tomorrow:
I finished this over the weekend... i have to say the campaign is the longest I've encountered in a FPS since I got my PS3 a couple of years ago. This one was definitely worth the $ (relatively speaking)...
And just when my PC decides it doesn't want either of my monitors to receive a signal... Need to get it fixed so I can start playing Crysis 2 the way it was supposed to look.
