Holy cow! Check out Crowder's waist line. I don't think it was that flat when he was at UF. WOOO HOOO to the offseason conditioning program. Looks like Crowder can finally out run Parcells now.
Not wearing an actual shirt is probabaly the only thing Crowder picked up from Seau, and is probabaly the least useful.
He does look like he toned up a bit.. Your sig is sick man.. I saw that clip on youtube a few months ago. Fishing for cat fish using your arm... MAn that stuff was sick
I think he came to a few realizations in the offseason. -Contract year -No Zach there for him to rely on to hide him slacking -New coaches to impress -New players to fight off in order to keep his starting spot -Off season run-in with the law he needs to make the new coaches forget about Crowder has many reasons to show up in great shape and prove his worth!
He's never looked 'slow' as much as he hasn't ever looked sudden IMO. Last year he had problems taking bad angles and false steps. Basically taking himself out of plays and getting out of position. It was really apparent when Zach went out and he moved to the middle. The new regime likes him for whatever reason. Right now he's just a guy. 1.5 sacks, 0 FF, 0 INTs in three seasons. So far he's a bigger Morlon Greenwood with less athleticism and poorer angles. He's gonna have to step up. I hope he does.
