The guy who created the website included in my link below has modded GTA:Vice City on the PC so that the maps from GTA:III, GTA:Vice City, and GTA:San Andreas are all in the game. Plus an update is expected for GTA:San Andreas in a couple of months that will give that game the same capabilities. I just find it awesome someone has apparently pulled this off.
