Look at your first post Einstein. If your beloved Jets lost yesterday, or Romo didn't hand you game one, you'd never have posted that.
The fear of the inevitable upcoming Jets irrelevance, is palpable. it's gonna be fun when Brady retires and the Dolphins have the only good quarterback in the division.
How the hell is it irrational to want the best QB prospect since John Elway in a league that caters to quarterbacks? But yeah..keep plugging away..field position baby!, manage that game Sanchez!!, GROUND AND POUND!!!!!! LOL!
I am glad you are here to give us the news, it's rather BREAKING NEWS infact, I'll call CNN......because without this thread, I didn't know the Dolphins (at 0-6) were terrible. Thank god for news bringers such as yourself BleedinGreenNC......you make this world a better, more informative place to live in!!!
Your original statement is extremely speculative. You might want to wait until Luck is actually on your roster before you start hypothesizing. -Ed- sent from my EVO 3D
At least DR isn't here telling you how all universe defensive player Darrelle Revis won the game for the Jets yesterday. -Ed- sent from my EVO 3D
Well that's not as bad, DR is like the ******ed kid at the playground drawing in the dirt with his tongue.....it's not normal, but you don't look twice, because he's ******ed, and it's not right to stare. But BleedGreen isn't known for trolling, guess he likes kicking a **** team when they are down and choking on their own vomit.
Not "speculative". Predictive. Just playing the percentages. If I said the Jets are gonna suck, sight unseen, I would be right more often than I was wrong. You gotta admit, that loss to Denver had an air of DESTINY to it. The football gods are winking at us.
Jets have averaged more regular season wins and more playoff appearances over the past 13+ seasons than the Dolphins. If you want to play the percentages, you can just predict that the Jets will be better than the Dolphins on an annual basis. -Ed- sent from my EVO 3D
I love how to Jets fans..the NFL has only been around for 13 years. Better than the Patriot fans..I guess. They think the NFL started in 2000.
Enjoy rubbing salt in the wound boys. As soon as reality takes its dick out and slap you boys in the face I'm opening up the Mortons by the case and rubbing it in that big vagina wound of yours. Until then enjoy and stay thirsty my friends as the taste of a Superbowl will elude you in this lifetime.
and the dolphin fans still think it's 1972. i love being insulted by a team that's 0-6 and hasn't even tasted the super bowl in 25 years. its adorable.
Psssst....the Jets are one of only 5 teams that haven't been to the superbowl since the merger, so if you want to play the percentages, Rex's guarantee will never happen.
We dont think its 1972, we are happy that 1972 happened and no one else has achieved it. We focus on the present...but the present has let us down. Nothing we as fans can do about that....but as fans we know 1972 is an important time in our History. History is FACT....Future is SPECULATION...and Present is unimpressive. That doesnt equate to living in the past....its part of us! Its a measuring stick for all other franchises! Its solace! And Yes, I am rooting hard for GB to secure their first LOSS.
Funny, don't remember you calling BS back then.....oh I get it, you have to wait until you feel safe to come out and talk BS, got it. All bark, no bite.
not quite that adorable. Tom Brady trolls NY with this oversized add near madison square garden. lulz.
agreed. it's the bar every team needs to strive for. we gave it one hell of a shot but blew our wad. i'll admit it. it was still a fun ride. btw, who is it that opens the bottle of wine when the last undefeated team goes down every year? i know some of the members of that team do it.. or is it all of them?
It's like he's starring into New Yorkers souls, laughing to himself, as he most-likely steals a AFC title from them.
And if achieved (glad you didnt ), you would have cherished and celebrated the fact for every year in the future. Doesnt matter how many seasons pass from 1972, its still amazing and deserving honor for this franchise. I want the present to be as exciting...but it doesnt equate to living in the past. Big difference. We have made it back to the SB since...but we need to win again for sure. In the present, we need to fix what ails us....I hope we get 1 win this season...but after that, I want us to fix our MANY problems and lead us to a 3rd Championship in this franchise. That would make the younger fans appreciate a winner. Winning the AFC East in 2008 was a small taste. For now, rooting for our 1st win, and rooting for GB's 1st Loss is what the present has resulted in. I will honor and tip my cap to the '72 squad once again, when GB losses. (even if its in the SB....just like with your team)...Thank goodness for NY Giants And I get from the younger fans - that didnt experience the 72 excitement - not seeing the celebration as a big deal now;...but its not a knock on those that did experience it! Its just HISTORY, and its still special for those of us that saw it and remember it. We appreciate what we witnessed.

The truly sad part about this thread is that we and the Jets fans are barking at each other as though both teams were relevant and there were something at stake. The only thing at stake here is the first draft pick, and the Dolphins have to just about lose out to get there. The Jets will neither get the playoffs nor the first draft pick. Par for the course for them.
you were hanging out with Ryan Leaf in the type of enviroments where he was taking shots of patron, when you were 11 years old?
