I have to admit there is no way that was a good field goal...Like not even remotely close. Browns fans got burned.

Stitchesluxury_boxI didn't think it was good when I first saw the highlight, but it could have went right over the top of the left upright. It's very hard to tell from that camera angle IMO (and that is why the refs are right under the uprights).

Alex44New MemberI'm not sure how it can be the angle when the angle is straight ahead. I don't think that kick was good, and I don't think it went over the upright at all.

NFL spokesman Greg Aiello said the league feels the correct ruling was made.
"The field judge standing right underneath the upright called it good and we have reviewed video from multiple angles and seen nothing to dispute the call," Aiello said in an e-mail response.
wow. they have reviewed it from multiple angles and see nothing to dispute the call. but i can pause a youtube video and have clear evidence that it was no good. the nfl is a joke.

Pretty much...same thing with Brady calling for the roughing the QB penalty this week and the Ref nodding right before he threw the flag. That was denied as any influencing as well.
Unfortunately for the NFL they can't burn these tapes.
