Which came first though? The Wii is selling like hotcakes. Each company would love to put their best on the Wii platform. But they know it would be a waste, because Nintendo doesn't support third parties. Trust me, most of these companies are about the almighty dollar. The marketshare of Wii is incredible. They would shift their resources in a new york minute.
To be fair, jdang, quite a few companies won't develop games for the Wii because they look down upon it. Take this article for example. I mean, really. I understand the Wii is not as powerful as the other two systems, but quite a few developers treat it as if it is less powerful than the Atari.
That's the thing, I simply don't know. but when it comes to the Wii, i wouldn't say a single 3rd party has put forth their best effort on a wii title yet, except EA with Tiger Woods, cause it made no sense for the Wii to not be the lead version of that game. (and thats the only third party game on the Wii thats outsold its 'next-gen' counterparts) Nintendo certainly did 'screw' Krome studios over by announcing wiimotion plus a month or so before the release of force unleashed, but then again, it's not like Krome was going to delay that game for a year and a half so they could wait for wiimotion plus. Also, Krome is already rumored to be working on another lightsaber game for the wii using the wiimotion plus, so i guess they weren't that upset over it.
They already did. It was called Clone Wars Lightsaber Duels exclusively for the Wii just last month. It was the reason they were mad because they couldn't include wiimotion plus in it. The wiimotion plus was announced when they announced the development of this new game, which could've coincided with wiimotion plus. Not just Force Unleashed. Well, they did go all out for the Clone Wars game. That's what I was referring to earlier. After TFU came out, a lot of their top teams went into this game.
