At his court hearing Thursday, a Hamilton County (OH) judge called waived WR Chris Henry "a one-man crime wave."

The judge recommended electronic monitoring after Henry posts bail. Henry will likely clear waivers, but no team figures to have interest because he will almost certainly be suspended for all of 2008. Chad Johnson questioned the Bengals' move in a radio interview: "Man, they can't let him go. That dude is good. He's very, very good. We need him."

what real difference does it make if they release him? He's not going to play in 08 anyways.

Yeah I wonder if PFT saw Ocho Cinco's interview on NFL Total access. I say this because T.J. Houshmanzadeh was on there and they called up Chad on the phone to discuss his current situation and Chris Henry's. When Chad was asked to comment on Henry's troubles, he said it was an unfortunate situation and they felt that he was on the right track after the eight game suspension. He and T.J. said he was out of trouble and now this came up. He did say that it was sad to see him go because he is a young kid and a very very talented player but he said that he needs to grow up and mature because he has a family.
