Chad Henne's Stats for the Pre-Season Among AFC East Starters has him ranked as #2 in QBR... The order among the starters is #1 Sanchez= 26 comp, 43 att (60% comp), 280 yds (6.5 ypa), 3 TDs, and a 103 QBR... #2 Henne= 29 comp, 45 att (64% comp), 446 yds (9.9 ypa), 2 TDs, 2 INTs, and a 93 QBR... #3 Brady= 28 comp, 50 att (56% comp), 379 yds (7.5 ypa), 3 TDs, 1 INT, and a 92 QBR... #4 Fitzpatrick= 26 comp, 42 att (62% comp), 252 yds (6.0 ypa), 2 TDs, 1 INT, and a 82 QBR... Funny, tried and changed one of Henne's 2 INT to 1, and gave him the completion to Fasano for 8 yds and it looked like this... 65% comp, 10.0 ypa, and a 105 QBR... Now just gave Henne the incompletion instead of the INT and it gave him, a 62% comp, a 9.9 ypa, and a 101 QBR... I know it is just Pre-Season....
without the best left tackle in the game..Nice start to your season Henne..man better be in the gym today workin on his quicks..
Well... As for its just preseason I will say this. Im much more optimistic going into the regular season with the way he has played...and how the offense...(minus the Oline)..has looked. Much rather this be the case...then the alternative!!!
The other thing about numbers like this is that he did have a less than stellar game in Atlanta and as has been our case in the past, how the team plays during the PS has correlated to what we get during the regular season, at least offensively...
Nice to see him play well and hope he can carry that into the season, now IF the O-line can come together you have give them a good chance.
Good numbers to build on. I hope coach meathead keeps his salciccia fingers off the Offense in the regular season like he did in the preseason; if he does, the O will be fun to watch.
