Possibly a chrome update that broke it. It works in IE. Still being looked into though.
FTR, i was on another forum site that uses vbulletin and I just saw a thread that brought up the exact same problem. That tells me there's likely a problem with vbulletin and certain browser (probably chrome)
Well, good to know its not just us. Safe to assume that eventually, Google figures it out.
Thanks,Obama.

I did a little looking around, and it seems that this is a problem with some other VBullitan message boards. Its weird that its not a problem with all of them, though. Two others I post on are having no issues.
The admin on one site I found said that its an issue with the "WYSIWYG" interface in Chrome. And thats why Chrome has the issue, but not IE or Firefox.
Decided to give up and just use Firefox to visit the site for a while. I guess I'll try Chrome again later on.

This may have to do with the sites running on different versions of the vBulletin software. For us, nothing has changed recently and it looks like it is something with Chrome that we'll have to wait out.
This was happening to me while using Chrome. I used Firefox for a few days. But I've been using Chrome exclusively now for the last 3-4 days and have had no problems.

I still have the issue. Posting on Firefox now, but tried Chrome earlier with no success at replying to anyone without the issue.
Chrome automatically updates on my PC, so I'm not sure how long its been for me, but I'm pretty sure I have the newest version too.

I using Chrome and the "Post quick reply" option. Have you tried to manually update Chrome?
I've been getting through this by starting my sentence with a period and then using the left arrow to place the cursor behind it.

Yes, I seem to have the most recent update already.
