I have done a little bit of research and keep finding conflicting reports, so I was wonder what the opinion is here. Overall, I am trying to lose weight and after looking at the nutritional information thought Muscle Milk was pretty good for you in terms of losing weight (I love its convenience too). Another thing to note is I would not be drinking it after a work out, I would just be drinking it instead of eating dinner or possibly breakfast. Here are the main nutritional values: Calories: 180 Total Fat: 7g Sodium: 360mg Total Carbohydrates: 10g Protein: 20g Dietary Fiber: 2g (????)
