Can Led Zeppelin still rock?

I think its awesome that they are back together. I would love to see Zep in concert man. What an experience that would be.

 

I thought Page broke his foot and it was pushed back?

 

Their website says it's tonight. I would love to see it.

Over the Hills and Far Away and Stairway are my two favorite zep tunes.

 

Led Zeppelin IS rock . . . therefore the question is a paradox.

Personally, I like their stripped down, acoustic stuff the best:

Bron-Y-Aur Stomp
Going to California
Tangerine
Gallows Pole

And if you ever want to drive yourself completely insane, try sitting down and learning the piano syncopation in Fool in the Rain.

Seriously, has anybody who's said this ever actually listened to them? Or heavy metal for that matter? I can see Kashmir considered metal (even if i don't) but then the Beatles did Helter Skelter and they're not considered metal. they're more like hard rock and hard blues/folk rock, but far from metal.

As for my favorite song, there are too many to name. Tangerine, Bron-y-Aur stomp, Since I've Been Loving You, Good Times, Bad Times, Dazed and Confused, Rock and Roll, Stairway, etc, etc, etc. I could go on forever. My favorite Album would be III (AKA: Zeppelin does folk rock plus Immigrant Song and Since I've Been loving You)
