There was no reason to add this fine, everyone knows that call was nonsense. I watched the game live, anyone that watched it live, except for the refs know there was no reason to throw the flag. Embarrassing that the NFL has to try and save face when everyone knows they messed a call up. At least be adults, be honest and admit a mistake and move on. The refs are human, they make mistakes sometimes, they did on that call. I'm embarrassed for the league over this, it shows how over protective they are with their refs that they would actually fine a player over such an obviously bad call. There was just no excuse for that call, it made no sense when I saw it live, it makes even less sense when I've seen replays.
The NFL is officially a joke. I have lost ALL respect for Goodell and everyone associated with the league front office. This is what we get from the NFL. "Merry Christmas, Greg and Dolfans."
The guy didn't take a knee he slid down sort of in a fetal position yes, there was another Titan pulling him up by his jersey yelling at him to "get up and run" no whistle was blown. Cam runs over and tags the guy with two hands and another Titan player hits Cam, he falls on top of the guy, not even fully I mean you can physically see Camarillo trying to keep his weight off the guy. I thought it was a bad call when it was made thought it was a worse call when watching the replay and even worse so listening to Mike Periera try and explain his way out of it but this fine really takes the friggin cake. I don't care who it was wether Camarillo or Ginn it's just atrocious and just screams corrupt. Friggin Brandon Jacobs get's fined 7500 dollars for outright punching a guy in the face several times and Cam gets fined 5k for a legit play? It's total and complete BS.
