What is the scope of your proposal? There is a difference between a proposal and a plan. I mean you can write a 10 page proposal/plan or you can write a 50 page document.

Are you starting your own business and trying to get funding from a bank? Are you proposing a sales deal?

You are a little vague on a broad topic.

Starting my own business with an investor securing the loan. It will likely be a 50+ page document. The good news is that the potential investor already has the land, and is interested because this would be beneficial to him as well.
