Not sure he's an upgrade over Fox but if the Broncos are positioning themselves for the Post Manning Era then they need a guy that can coach the offense and groom Mannings replacement.

Kubiak and the Broncos are a match made in heaven. Though I'm not sure how Kubiak's offense will match up with Manning's skills.
