I didn't see a time posted on that article but as of 11:09 cst I saw this posted on the Dallas Daily News website. According to two sources, the NFL has blocked a possible move to the Dolphins even though the Cowboys are willing to let Gaine leave now. Under league rules, Gaine would not be eligible to leave for the Dolphins until his contract expires at end of May unless he takes a job with "final say authority." Since Ireland has that job in Miami, Gaine remains with the Cowboys unless the league decides to change its decision. Gaine joined the Cowboys in 2005 after leaving the New York Jets, where he worked for Parcells.
