The Titans GM alerting everyone to a news report about making contact with another team’s franchised player counts as tampering.
Tampering requires proof. Not only is this a report from 2 unnamed sources, it is not confirmed, nor does it say where Vicks flight was headed. I havent spoke with Vick or his representation, so I'm not sure where these people are getting their information.
And to prove tampering you will have to contact the real michael vick, who's number you dont have. at which time he will deny knowing i exist and probably say, "what kind of name is gish?"
