IMO, thats the best way to go, get rid of all of them then have them come back and interview. IMO, many times its not only the HC that fails. Perfect example is us, our entire coaching staff needs to be shaken up starting with the offensive line coach and yes, our DBs coach who is ? Our current interim HC, the whole staff needs to be canned, its the only way to do it right.
They did them a favor by not shooting them. As a Dolphins fan, seeing the misery of my friends who root for the Bucs and Redskins was one of the few things that kept things in perspective for me. Sparano is a thousand times the coach Morris was.
