Simpson suffered a broken ankle in the first game of the season last year, thus ending a promising season of progression for the up-and-coming defenseman. On the first day of Buffalo's offseason conditioning program, Simpson was drive pushing a 225-pound weight sled 20 yards down the field, an outstanding sign that indicates rehab is going extremely well. Our View Simpson is fully cleared to partake in anything and everything contained in the offseason conditioning program, but the Bills would like to bring the free safety along slowly.
