    The Miami Herald reports the Miami Dolphins will host free-agent OL Joe Berger (Cowboys) Friday, Feb. 27. He is likely to be signed before the end of the day.

    He can play both G and C. He will be here for depth. I can't see him as a starter, but you never know. Saban cut him and he wasn't exactly impressive in talent evaluation. Berger is a capable player, but not necessarily starting caliber - unless our new OL coach can work a little magic. IMO, he's an upgrade over some, if not all, of the O-line depth we have now.

    I believe when we cut him saban was hoping he would slip past waivers and we could stash him on the practice squad but the cowboys picked him up instead

    Is this that guy that couldn't stay healthy? Got season ending injuries like two seasons in a row? Maybe I'm thinking of someone else.

    Saban was a moron

    and a quitter. Nothing he did matters!! He is a college boy and not an NFL Man. If Tony and Bill think this guy can add depth to the line, which we badly need, then I trust their judgement over that worthless piece of uselessness.
