He submitted this succession plan a few months ago. The link above broke the story. However, I have questions. The league has to approve a successor by 2/3rds vote, so this isn't a lock and they could easily say, "Nope, we don't accept that." So while this feels like a non-story (other than the Ross/Beal relationship falling apart), it could signal the beginning of the end for the evil little dwarf.
