Why was he whining that Talib got taken out on a pick play, a play that they run all the time and get away with?

Look, I don't want to know sound like a Patriots apologists. But, quite honestly, they've been hampered ever since they suffered rather unjust punishments levied on them by the league. You may think they're a small part of the team, but's extremely obvious that the team's Audio Visual unit was a cornerstone to their success. Tom's obviously missing them out their on the field.

It is fitting that the guy who taped God knows how many teams and had Rodney Harrison on his team is calling the Welker play "one of the worst plays he has ever seen"....

Even so, the officiating failed them when they needed them most. I mean, did you see Terrence Knighton barefacedly sack Brady without so much as a whistle or flag? How do you not see the clear contact there? Brady was on the ground, for goodness sake!

And don't even get me started on the complete lack of pass interference. I mean, there's no way Brady overthrows Edelman that many times! He must have been held at some point.

Refs swallowing their whistle when the Patriots needed them the most is unforgivable. This game meant too much for that kind of let down to happen.
