Filing a Federal TM costs $325.00 per class you register it in. He's not guaranteed to be granted TM rights in a generic saying such as "Can't Wait", even if he limits his application to t-shirts.

 

thats like tradmarking "im sleepy" or, "what time is it?" and of course he was fired up and couldnt wait...he didnt do jack in that game or the entire playoffs.
