He's average and is not a difference maker in a game 99 times out of 100. This is the issue with most of the team on offense and defense. Other than Thigpen & Bush give me a player who is capable of big touchdown play capabiltiy. FWIW I like Hartline but he is very replacable.
Very possible. But that doesn't mean we should overpay just to keep Hartline from theoretically beating us as a Patriot. It means we should take the money saved and allocate it to the secondary or another pass rusher.
