    Depth Chart

    Offense

    Quarterback:
    Michael Vick
    Landry Jones
-A lot of people may criticize us for acquiring Michael Vick, but Vick has shown that he is solid in the pocket when he's actually put in a position where he can actually rely on his offensive line, as shown during his 2010 Pro Bowl year. Behind him is Landry Jones. We believe Landry has all of the tools needed to become a good, possibly even great QB. We just need to work on the mental aspects of his game. If he could learn not to melt under pressure, then we will be in good shape in the future.

    Fullback:
    Willie Carter (H-Back)
-I always like to have someone who can do it all at the Fullback position. Basically, I believe every team should have an H-Back on their team if they find one that is worth the roster spot. Fortunately, Tulsa is gold mine for H-Backs. He has the speed in hands you'd like when making mismatches against linebackers and the ability to play multiple positions in the offense. He's going to be a

    Running Backs:
    Benjarvus Green-Ellis/Michael Turner
    Marcus Thigpen/Ryan Grant
    John White
-Even though we lost Ray Rice, I felt as if the combination of Green-Ellis and Turner will be enough to offset this lost. As a whole, including depth, I felt as if this position has become stronger. Three of our top four backs having NFL starting experience. Green-Eliis, in particular, showed that he is a starting NFL back, and not just a product of the Patriot's system. A combination of Green-Ellis and Turner would be hell on defensive fronts. Marcus Thigpen can be used at multiple positions and we expect John White to follow that path as we groom him.

    Wide Receiver:
    Cordarrelle Patterson
    Santonio Holmes
    Jacoby Jones (Starting Slot)
    Steve Smith/Ted Ginn, Jr.
-Speed. Speed. Speed. Right now, I believe we have the fastest receiving corps in the NFL right now. Cordarrelle Patterson is someone I believe will be a faster version of Anquan Boldin. And now we have Santonio Holmes, a very good receiver that has been suffering from MSS (Mark Sanchez Sux) Syndrome, and still have Jacoby Jones, he really turned the corner last year. Rounding out our receiving corps is former first rounders Steve Smith and Ted Ginn, Jr. (who, despite the knocks against him, is still a great punt returner and is good for a crucial play every now and again).

    Tight End:
    Ed Dickson/Michael Egnew
    Leonard Pope
    Levine Toilolo
-Bad news is, we lost Pitta. Good news is, we kept Ed Dickson. We also acquired Egnew from Miami. We believe Egnew has the tools to be great tight end to pair with Dickson (and I have that much faith in my TE and Receivers Coach, who he will be working with). Leonard Pope is a great blocker and a good target in the redzone. As a matter of fact, him and Toilolo will be used in quite a bit of redzone packages.

    Left Tackle:
    Michael Oher
    Guy Whimper

    Left Guard:
    Richie Incognito
    Alvin Bailey

    Center:
    Eugene Amano
Jeff Byers (also plays Right Guard)

    Right Guard:
    TJ Lang
    Jeff Byers (also plays Center)

    Right Tackle:
    Winston Justice
    Reid Fragel

-I'm going to be honest. While I have faith in our first stringers, our seconds stringers have a lot to prove. Jeff Byers and Guy Whimper has experience, but Reid Fragel and Alvin Bailey are rookies, and I'm concerned about Fragel's lack of aggressiveness. Fortunately, our front line is not too injury-prone, and I expect them to provide more than enough protection to allow Michael Vick to play it cool int he pocket.

    Defense

    Left End:
    Arthur Jones
    Brent Russell

    Nose Tackle:
    Anthony Rashad White
    Brandon McKinney

    Right End:
    Brandon Mebane
    Pernell McPhee

-We lost three pivotal linemen. Fortunately, we were able to acquire Brandon Mebane, who has been a fixture on the Seahawk's line for his whole career and is still pretty young at 28. We also reacquired Brandon McKinney, an underrated player at the Nose Tackle position, to back up drafted Anthony Rashad White, who should have gone earlier in the draft.

    Left Outside Linebacker:
    Shea McClellin
    Brandon Jenkins
Josh Kaddu (also plays Left Inside Linebacker)

    Left Inside Linebacker:
    Jameel McClain
Jonathan Stewart/Josh Kaddu (also plays Left Outside Linebacker)

    Right Inside Linebacker:
    Paul Posluszny ILB $8,500,000
    Zaviar Gooden ILB $575,000

    Right Outside Linebacker:
    Courtney Upshaw
    Mike Catapano

-This was the main unit of focus. While Ray Lewis retired, we were able to trade for Paul Posluszny, a great Inside Linebacker who's essential in coverage, to pair with Jameel McClain. To pair with Courtney Upshaw, we traded for Shea McClellin, a former first round pick from last year's draft who is best used in the 3-4. He's so versatile, I was high considering put him at one of the Inside Linebacker spots. With that said, I believe he can provide the pass rush we need. Backing up Courtney and Shea are Brandon Jenkins, whose injuries are the only reason he was not taken in the first round, and Mike Catapano, who showed in the Shrine Game that he can stop the run and rush the passer. Plus, Mike's a Princeton grad, so smarts won't be an issue.

    Cornerback:
    Corey Graham
    Jimmy Smith
    David Amerson
    Jimmy Wilson/Mike Harris

    Free Safety:
    Michael Griffin
    Haruki Nakamura

    Strong Safety:
    Kenny Vaccaro
    Brandon Merriweather

-This is the main strength of our defense. Corey Graham and Jimmy Smith showed that they belong as one of the best starting cornerback duos in the league. Amerson has the ball skills, speed, and size to be a starting corner in this league, which is a must in a league where 3+ Receiver sets are becoming a common thing. Manning the last two spots are Jimmy Wilson and Mike Harris, who will be putting in a lot of work at the dime position. Our safety position is one to be feared. Three of our four safeties have a very significant amount of quality starting experience in the NFL. Kenny Vaccaro has range and the strength for run support. Michael Griffin is a ball hawk. I expect these two safeties to be duo to be feared in the league.

    Special Teams

    Kicker:
    Brett Baer

    Punter:
    Donnie Jones

    Long Snapper:
    Morgan Cox

    Holder:
    Landry Jones

    Kick Returner:
    Jacoby Jones
    Marcus Thigpen

    Punt Returner:
    Ted Ginn, Jr.
    John White

-We kept our long snapper. After flipping our kicker for a third rounder, we acquired Brett Baer in the 7th round of the draft, who has a strong leg and is accurate. We signed Donnie Jones, who is a great punter to have and will do a lot of favors for our Punt Coverage team. Our returners, minus John White (who is a rookie), aren't exactly the type of people you want to kick to. At all.
