That was an exciting game and offered the best reason to believe good things are coming. We lost because the Chiefs had a couple of explosive plays. It's one of the rare losses that I could watch again because of how well we played against a great team.
To me, that game showed we had promise as a legit contender....we hung with the champs for four quarters. This year's test will be Tampa and I'm really looking forward to that!
Yeah, it's a pretty brutal start to the season. If we start slow like last year, 1-4 is a real possibility. I'd be thrilled if we get out of that stretch 3-2 or better.
I know you can't out too much stock into the strength of schedule, but I'm with you. If we get out 3-2 or better, I'll be ecstatic, because I think for that to happen, Tua is going to have to bail.
