in other franchise news.....TB Rays owner feels its inevitable that Rays will be contracted...or as he says VAPORIZED! Rays’ owner Stuart Sternberg, who unleashed this comment yesterday, and which was picked up by Bill Madden of the Daily News and Rick Freeman of the Times of Trenton: hmmmmm....sell the team!
Move the team. If these past few Ray teams couldn't draw more fans I can't see how a different owner would be able to.
yup, heck get a new stadium....seems there are several options besides just grabbing your knees and rocking back and forth and complaining that its inevitable without doing anything to impact the change needed.
Exactly what a shame if the Rays dissolve, they have built a very good club with a bright future....but if they do, can the Yanks get Matt Moore?
