    It all goes back to one guy folks, the owner. Shuffle it up anyway you wish, slice it, dice it and then throw it in the blender, one thing is still the major component since he bought the team. Steven Ross and it ends there.

    ok guys i think its time for a comittee of dolphins fans and former players be apointed and they should go into Mr Ross 's office and try to see reason with him and then try to get the ball rolling for the big shakedown and recovery for this club..if I owned this team you guys would be dancing up a storm because we would be rocking and rolling and we would have real leadership

    Well, if he wanted to create some Hollywood type buzz, he should create a TV show entitled Flipping the Dolphins. Have a competition of "qualified and unqualified candidates" to partake in the show. Each week someone gets eliminated based on a judges panel and fan vote point system. You could setup weekly contests to test each candidate. I mean this should be for GM's.... I'd watch it. We're already a laughing stock so what's the worst that could happen...?
