    that's right... I'm putting Antonio Cromartie up on the auction block... he has a $935k salary cap number. Something occurred to me as I was watching the astronomical bids on free agents... Cromartie is younger, and arguably better. Place your bids here... Once my minimum bid has been reached, I will post the temporary leader, other teams will have 48 hours to beat that bid.

    Update... The Cowboys are now THE WINNERS.. it is:

    LB kevin burnett (I prefer him over Carpenter)
    DE marcus spears
    2nd round #49, 4th round #115, 5th round #148

    I have amended the time required to let the other teams beat the leading bid. It is now 24 hours, I would like to get this done by the end of the weekend. So, following in that train of thought, this auction will end at 7pm Eastern Sunday, March 1st... good luck

    Minimum bid reached... 48 hours starts as of 5:40pm eastern.. Saturday Feb 28th...should another team beat that bid, the clock will reset to 48 hours... this is going to work just like free agency in that respect.
