Another coach gone.... Strength Coach Evan Marcus Joins Virginia Cavaliers

Good luck, as we were not very strong or conditioned this year. Not a great loss by any means.

 

The last word to be associated with the 2010 Miami Dolphins is strength, and the way they got worse towards years end, I'd say conditioning was also an issue...

If the Miami Dolphins were my soldiers when I was a Drill Sergeant, I'd "CAPE" (Corrective Action through Physical Exercise) those boys until the sweat gravey.

That's why the offensive line kept getting injured....those boys were WEAK W--E--K WEAK!!!

I know his name is sacrilegious but when Parcel's got here one of the 1st things he did was **** can the strength & conditioning coach. I wonder if this is the same guy they brought in.
