LOS ANGELES - Beatrice Arthur, the tall, deep-voiced actress whose razor-sharp delivery of comedy lines made her a TV star in the hit shows "Maude" and "The Golden Girls" and who won a Tony Award for the musical "Mame," died Saturday. She was 86.

She was awesome, I remember watching her in 'All in the Family' as Archie's pain in the *** sister in law. She'll be missed. R.I.P. Ms. Arthur., you were a very funny entertainer.

I remember her from the Star Wars Holiday Special. Horrible story but she was good there. RIP.

Oh no. That stirs memories of me singing the intro to Maude when I was a kid, but too young to know the words. "Ever she deriza she care for the whole world.."
