So... According to PFF the 2013 Rams had.. 1 Elite player 1 high quality player 1 good starter Pretty terrible actually. After FinO was done?? 4 elite players (avg age 26) 4 High Quality players 3 good starters That's how you improve a roster. #selfpromoter
