An early look at Miami Dolphins' defensive draft options http://www.miamiherald.com/sports/football/story/1402374.html
I saw that. Looked lazy. A bunch of names taken from Mel's big board with no idea of how they might fit our scheme.
looking forward to see what you and the rest of the guys on the site have to say about the draft since i have no clue what players fit our scheme. ( not afraid to admit that.... lol)
We'll get there in the end dude. I'd bookmark Universal Draft which is a website that Con runs and he kindly keeps me around because has to. That's where to get your draft fix.
Sure would like to see Hughes in Orange and Aqua...unfortunately, I think we pick in the wrong place for him. Too early in the first, and I don't think he makes it to our second round pick.
I think Hughes will test very well and he's a great kid. Sometimes you need to take what you need when you can get it. He's destroyed that one year wonder tag and his hard work off the field is going to be very enticing. The one question, as with Brandom Graham is how tall is he? That said, it hasn't been an issue with Elvis Dumervil in Denver's 3-4.
Was going to say the same thing. I still like McClain for us, but I've been trying to watch more video of Brandon Graham. I'll be interested to see what you all over at UD have to say about him. The article suggests he should stay at DE, but I've been thinking he would make a great SOLB.
Yeah, he has all the makings, my question is this, If it comes down to Hughes or Dez Bryant, who do you pick? Of course, that was the mindset that had us picking Ginn instead of Willis, but Ginn isn't, and never was in the same class as Bryant is.
Personally I pick Dez Bryant because I think you get better value with say an Eric Norwood in round 2 or someone like Christian Anthony or Antonio Coleman in round 3 than you with wideouts in the same rounds.
