Nassib moves to the right of the net and tosses like 5 in a row in the same spot 5 feet to the right of the net. Chris has no idea what we're talking about.... but will get a big chuckle once he sees it and it all makes sense. lol
Luke Kuechly wins defensive player of the year.. Man that Kuechly/Russell Wilson combination would of been sweet..
Not just in this competition, but overall, he's the most overrated QB in this draft IMO. I would love to see the Bills or Jets draft him as their future QB.
I should've said in pursuit.... where he's more like a satellite circling the earth. You could set a calendar to it. lol
On the field. Bpk, and perhaps phinsational, he maybe kidding I dunno, think that Moore does not corner well. Bpk said he corners like a stretch limo, which WADR is totally absurd to me.
It's a moot point either way. To spend a first on Ogletree and trade Misi for whatever you could get, (a 3rd or 4th?), would be a waste of resources IMO. It ain't happening.
7:15 mark. Damontre takes such a big loop chasing McCarron he exits the camera view and we never see him again, like a section of the field opened up and swallowed him. (many other subtle examples of it)
IDK, we could extend Dansby next year, trade or let Burnett go <this year or next>, trade Misi now, and develop Vernon at SAM hybrid..... or perhaps you draft a stud SAM hybrid next year like Anthony Barr or Kyle Van Noy. Although, hopefully we're not drafting high enough for Barr. I'm not saying it's the route I'd go, but we're gonna need a linebacker next year or thereafter, so I'd be ok taking one that has Urlacher type potential.
I don't think he's as bad as you think he is. He's a player a team in need can win with. He's worth a 4th IMO.
That's creating another hole to fill, moving Burnett or Misi. Our starting LBs are a team strength, such as it is. I'd rather focus on the really under talented areas of the team this off season and just maintain the status quo in the positions that have good talent. I don't think we can seriously improve every position in one off season. What you suggest would entail using a 1st rounder on a position that was just fine till one of the starters was traded. That means you don't have a 1st to use on a currently weaker position, such as WR, corner, pass rusher, etc.
I agree, it's not the first route I'd take either. Was more thinking if we happened to trade back and Ogletree represents the most value on the board. I don't mind using the draft to plan for the future when we know a need will be present, notably if the player has a huge upside.
Once we fill holes, you need to get pieces that fit this 4-front better and maximize each spot. But to fill holes, you can't miss on free agents as often as we do.
remember when Laurinaitis was knocked b/c there was fear he might be pushed around a bit at the next level. Then he added some size & strength and now he's a man out there........ and Laurinaitis isn't the same athlete Ogletree is, no.
A lot of people thought he would struggle at the PoA and that most of his tackles came from jumping on piles.
