I am 44, lived in the baltimore area for 32 years. the other years i traveled the world while in the air force. Laurel, college park, beltsville- all within 10-15 minutes from baltimore- inner harbor. I would take that area over st. louis, kansas city, dallas, houston, detroit, cincinnati are all much worse than the baltimore area. I am not discounting your opinion-and just because somemone likes tree bark more than prime rib- doesnt mean their opinion doesnt matter. And compared to the cities above, baltimore is prime rib
