You're wrong. Sure, Bryant could have brought a suit, but my point was it would have been frivolous and thrown out. There was NOTHING illegal, criminally or civilly, done in this interview. Once more, Bryant's mom is a crackhead hooker. Ireland ASKED him the question. If Ireland wanted to see Bryant's reaction UNDER DURESS, which is what every single player goes through on game day, that's smart business. If people find out about Bryant's mom, and he loses it, either on the field or on a reporter, then that's MILLIONS down the drain.

Again, could he have skirted around the issue and asked differently? Maybe, but then he wouldn't have gotten Bryant's true reaction either.
