Some of my thoughts on Hughes and his flaws that need to be worked on for this upcoming season.

    Nicely done man.

The reference to the "same foot, same shoulder" technique was nice. That doesn't get a good bit of attention from writers, even though it is very important to the overall level of class on display by the prospect. Myself included. I'll make a note to mention that sometime this year. :wink2:

I gotta say, the quality of the posts on this site are pretty damn good. Sure some are more of a Homer than Mr. Simpson himself, but the quality of the work is a hell of a lot better than most sites I've been on.

You can learn something from these people, other places only tech you to search better on Google for message boards.

    Alen...is that your blog?

Secondly, when Hughes is moved out of position via a smashmout blocking scheme is it because he lacks technique, or lacks strength, or lacks the explosiveness to whip the blocker and make a play on the runner?

Yeah, hopefully it lasts a week or so.

He actually takes himself out of the play. He rushes wide and parallel to the sidelines often so he gives the offensive tackle the opportunity to hook him and create a gaping hole for the tailback to run through.

This site is outstanding. The quality if football info that I get here is better than from any other source at my disposal...and I am not referring to simply Dolphins related subject matter.

Miami was one of 21 teams attending TCU practices.
