'72 Dolphins at the Giants game?
Are any of the '72 Dolphins going to be at the game? Weren't some of them at the Bears game.
Yeah, lots were at the Bears game....but of course it was because the Bears were playing Miami in the Orange Bowl. Why would they fly to New York. What will they do? Stand on the Giants sideline?? LOL
It would be kind of sad if that is all they lived for, which they don't. I think ESPN makes a bigger deal about it than anyone else. I think part of it is because they hate the fact that the greatest season ever played occurred before ESPN existed. So they desperately want something to happen just so they are there.
No, that's ridiculous. Why would they fly up there to watch the Patriots beat the Giants backups?

ESPN can take their Patriots and get bent!
This win doesn't mean a damn thing unless the Patriots can come away with that trophy. If they don't and they won't. It is just another dog and pony show for ESPN.
What a joke!
I want to see them knocked out in their first playoff game.

Actually it will take more then that, unless they have a time machine and can go back in time, and not get caught cheating, they can go undefeated, win the superbowl, and they will still see something next to their team name that year * <-
* Cheated

I've pretty much stopped watching ESPN.
If they do end up going to the game, I think they'll congratulate the Pats if they win. Yeah it will stink if they win but I would hope the 72' Fins will handle it with class.

ESPN and the NFL Network must be on Kraft's payroll....I've never seen as much Patriot's overkill in my life.

Come on man you are fooling yourself if you really believe that. They will be considered the best ever and that cheating thing will be swept under the mat by the media. The sports world has been wanting to take the record away from the Dolphins for years and now they have the opputunity. The Patriots will become the golden team from the golden era of football. I can see it in lights already. Like I said before what a joke.
Maybe it is BB's voodoo doll that is helping the Pats win all these games. Anyone else see that during the game Sunday?
I heard it's a " Peyton Manning " voodoo doll, but did not see it. It's been talked about on other message boards. :confused2:

Yeah so is the NFL network.
I really don't care anymore. ESPN has played out this 1972 and Perfect Season crap too much. Get the record. What ever. ESPN has bored the **** out of me when it comes to the Perfect Season.
And you thought they play too much Yankee and Red Sox **** during baseball season. ESPN has went overboard with the Patriots and the Perfect Season.
You can add NBC and CBS too. The media has just taken control of everything just to hype up the playoffs. It's a " great story " for the NFL to help market everything too. Just shows you how big and big headed they all have become. I pretty much don't watch any pre/post game shows anymore because it all looks like a big Hollywood production!

Yeah the world stage is set to broadcast the New England Cheaters.
God let there be a miracle on Saturday.
