These are pure labors of love of the draft as so much changes over time in the draft process, and the people or person who does the mock typically has very little working knowledge of more than how a handful of teams approach the draft.

But still, 5rds..160 picks to flip through..

Wow no kidding ... five rounds this early really shows some dedication ... or insanity

Walter runs a sports site mostly dedicated to the draft, though he also does some NBA draft stuff and gambling lines I think. I don't think he is generally any more accurate than anyone else, but he puts out an entertaining read most of the time. He also regularly updates which is really nice, even if not much changes between them at these stages.

Could do without the Stanzi and Williams pick, but I like the Ingram and Kendricks pick. I think it's almost certain that we will retain Soliai...it's just uncertain of how much it will cost us. I wouldn't mind drafting Stanzi to compete for a backup role, but not in the 3rd. Maybe 5th. Give us another RB or a playmaking WR in the 3rd instead, and that's a pretty decent draft.

I did not care for the mock they gave us Stanzi makes no sense and neither does Williams.

That site always gives plenty of info, but IMO their analysis of team needs and prospects is really poor.

Their slobberfest over Jimmy Claussen last year was nauseating and showed what they know about player evaluation- not a whole lot.

Well I would say this wouldn't be a bad draft. However, I would change a couple picks.

    Keep Ingram in round 1
Change Stanzi to Greg Little in round 3
    Keep Kendricks in round 4
Change Niles Paul to Cecil Shorts in round 5

I would them pick up T.J. Yates in the seventh round
