Hill played good at the end of last season IMO and I was kinda surprised that he wasn't given a shot to continue that at the start of this one.
Yea, Nolan and Martz truly made a mistake, but it is what it is... Silver wrote about how Martz has done things in SF concerning our QBs.. It is a good read and it will help you understand the type of garbage we had put up with until Singletary got the job... Mike Martz
and i was just sayin i dont remember us scoring alot of TD's those games....regardless of outcome...im trying not to get too confident... (dont take it as a compliment 9ers fans....i dont get confident even if we are playing the school of the deaf and blind) its bad luck
guess im just sick of niner fan coming to our site and trying to force feed us this notion that we should be scared and they're the dominant force coming into this game.
yeah these guys are potent....havent had a rush of fans like this in awhile... they must be BEGGING for someone to talk about their team (god knows id be upset if the only coverage i got was when my coach showed everyone his kibbles n bits)

I posted the video because Our QB is relatively unknown around the NFL and I thought it would be kind to share it with you guys and gals because you will be playing our 49ers tomorrow. When I see highlights of Pennington I do not turn into an angry man who feels as if people are trying to scare me.. I watch it, I appreciate it, and it gives me a heads up on what my team might or will face on Sunday. Nothing more, nothing less.
Nice work Puppetmaster. I'm a fan of Shaun Hill. He's not the best out there but he can move the ball down field, manage the game and make the necessary throws. I was actually quite surprised he didn't get the first shot at starting this year. I felt that J.T. O'Sullivan held the ball too long and because of that, the team had a lot of sacks and bad plays. I believe there was a statistic out there around mid-season that showed the 49ers had given up more sacks on first down then second and third. Alex Smith hasn't looked good there. He has gone threw quite a few OC's if memory serves me right and that's a big problem but he just hasn't looked good. Accuracy issues with him. That said, good luck Sunday.
I really like Shaun Hill actually. He's not a star but I could see him being one or turning into a decent capable starter for a long time. He has the tools.
honestly you will be without your best offensive player in frank gore, i don´t see how the 49ers can win this game

the guy we picked up 2 weeks ago, chris hannon will probably also have some input how the offense of the 49ers is functioning

Who?? J/K. I actually have a bed feeling about this game. Hill likes to throw it up. Our secondary usually gets torched on plays like that. (see Cassel,, Farve, Schaub, Warner...etc,etc). I hope our DLine can get pressure on him, or it could be a long day...
He should have been SF starter from the beginning of the season and I couldnt believe it when he didnt get the starting nod from the start of the season. He played awesome last year for them... Guess thats why they had such a crappy head coach an offensive coordinator
