The 49ers say they have no medical concerns about Quentin Groves, who underwent heart surgery in late March. The surgery removed an extra circuit from Groves' heart that could cause a rapid heartbeat. There are expected to be no long-term ramifications from the procedure and he actually should be healthier now.
