Mike Nolan has been on the hot seat for quite some time now.

Guys like Nolan and Crennel (if he gets fired)do not deserve to be fired. Look at how bad the talent pool and cap situations were in San Fran and Cleveland when they took over, Now look at the talent pool after wards. They've made all the right moves but they literally had to do it with a bare cupboard.

It was pushed back 2 hours, then delayed until the next day. Word is that Nolan and management have been in talks the whole time.

Nolan is definitely on the verge of getting fired. I suppose a head coach is more expendable than a #1 draft pick in his rookie contract.

It wouldn't be right if Nolan gets fired, that team was absolute crap when he took over and now they are a few good defensive linemen and a quarterback away from being a serious contender. Too bad they got stuck with Alex Smith and his ridiculous 50 million dollar contract, should've taken Rodgers.;)

Too bad Norv left their team. Alex sure declined without him.

yea i agree i dont think he should be fired he has brought in talent to make the team better but it really hasnt worked out that well they need some WRs and a Healthy Alex Smith because he showed that he can play a couple years ago

speaking of smith. im glad we got ronnie. i have a feeling ronnie will end up with a better career than smith. i wonder if Saban would of picked smith or edwards if ronnie was taken.

I think he was pretty high on smith even if ronnie was there i think he would have taken smith and i am glad we got Ronnie when healthy he is a great Back a Top 5 back for sure and thats behind OK O-Line if u look at the other Great backs they have really good O-Line and dont have to Move away from someone right when he touchs the ball

    In the draft war room
Bring Nolan in as our new Defensive Coordinator and throw Capers to the curb

that is true, if you look back in history, all great backs had great OL's. i believe RB will be a top5 when and if he can stay healthy for the whole season.

I hate to tell you but Cameron sure as hell started with a terrible team. They had an amazing draft compared to the crap we're use to. Yes he went 1-15 but if you're saying Nolan deserves to stay I hope you're a Cameron supporter.

The 80 mil for Nate Clements is not helping either....I think there is a lesson in there about high priced free agents going to bad teams...hmmm.....

Clements hasnt played badly this season. It's hard to look good when you are on such a bad team.
